I just completed the 6 week ‘Learn to Meditate’ course with Liga.
I can’t recommend it highly enough. I am a complete beginner to yoga and meditation and mindful breathing exercises. Liga made the classes so comfortable and enjoyable. I am really looking forward to continue to practice the knowledge she has imparted on me. She is a wealth of knowledge and a beautiful, down to earth soul.
