Mums & Bubs Yoga

A gentle postnatal yoga class with bub to help mummas to:

Feel nourished, nurtured and restored

Gently rebuild strength in pelvic floor, low back & abdominals

Open chest & shoulders which can help with breastfeeding

Learn tools to manage physical pain, emotional stress & overwhelm

* Please note* Ideally bub is 6-weeks to before crawling age. If bub is crawling you are still welcome to come however perhaps bring some toys to help keep bub occupied. 

Prenatal Yoga

A gentle prenatal yoga class to help women in their pregnancy to:

Promote relaxation & emotional wellbeing

Improve stamina, strength & flexibility

Alleviate aches & pains

Feel empowered

Become conscious & courageous during pregnancy & beyond

Yoga & Meditation Class

Beginning with a gentle, grounding and calming yoga practice to prepare mind and body for meditation.

Learn different techniques for meditation and relaxation to create balance and harmony in your mind, body, spirit and life.
Suitable for all levels and abilities - from complete beginners to advanced.

Class will run for an hour and then we will have time at the end to enjoy each others company.

LOCATION

All classes are outdoors to avoid need for masks. Weather permitting. Transfers/refunds given if class is cancelled due to wet weather.

6-Week Meditation Course

Held in Grafton

Are you curious about meditation but have no idea how to do it? Or think you can’t? Or that meditation isn’t for you? This course will get you from having no clue how to meditate to feeling comfortable meditating on your own!

 

Meditation is not what you think it is!

Or being an enlightened guru who can levitate 

In this course you will learn:

What meditation is

A variety of meditation techniques

A variety of relaxation techniques

How to meditate on your own!

How to get into a daily meditation habit that fits with YOU and YOUR life!
